is it possible to use this hot tub without water heating option? and do you ship it to EU? (Spain)

The hot tub will have the heater installed as a standard feature. You can turn the set temperature down to the lowest level to avoid having the water heat. Or a professional could disconnect the heater so it won't be able to heat. We can ship to Spain. There will be additional shipping costs of course.
